writers festival
Sep. 22nd, 2002 11:39 pmOh dear. We went to a couple of festival events on the weekend. Quite fun. First day was madness though. The National Library double booked the writers festival with the
British Isles Family History Society of Greater Ottawa. Long enough name. It wrapped. :-) Anyway, apparently the Library uses M$ Outlook to organise their schedules. Serves them right. The Ottawa Citizens article on the debacle made it sound much worse than what we observed. Apart from a little bit of noise as folks came out of the auditorium, it didn't seem too bad.
